There are three meetings of the Association membership each year.
- The Annual Meeting is held the last Saturday in January each year. Social hour starts at 9am. Visitors are always welcome. Bring a pot luck dish. Topics discussed include the prior year’s sales season experiences, election of officers and talks by industry speakers.
- The Summer Meeting is typically held the last Saturday in June at a member farm. Discussion topics relate to culturing trees.
- The Fall Meeting is typically held the first Saturday in October at a member farm. Discussion topics typically relate to member plans for the upcoming sales season, late season culturing issues and pest problems.
