The farm has been in our Norwegian family for 117 years and is listed on the National Register of Historic places. We have been growing trees since 1978.

On our 24 acre farm we grow our trees organically and are certified Salmon Safe. This protects water quality and helps conserve habitat for dwindling runs of wild salmon. This also means that the trees and grounds have not been sprayed with harmful chemicals.

We have quantities of tall u-cut trees up to 15 feet. We also offer freshly harvested Noble firs (5-12’), as well as handmade wreaths from local greens, garland, swags, mistletoe and holly.

Carnation Tree Farm offers holiday fun for the entire family. Over at the Historic barn you can sip complimentary cider and enjoy old-fashioned homemade bake sale treats by local non-profit groups, while the kids can visit Santa and have their picture taken.

Tree shaking and netting is included. Round out your Christmas tree experience by visiting the Gift Shop in the barn for that special Christmas tree ornament or unique gift.

On Saturdays and Sundays we have a variety of activities for the family listed on our website.

The Tolt Historical Society Museum is now in the Hjertoos House at the farm and will be open on weekends during the selling season.
